Our 43rd Spring Fling, the for-profit trade show sponsored by the Grant County Chamber of Commerce & Tourism in Ulysses, Kansas.  This year’s Spring Fling will be held April 17th & 18th at the Grant County Civic Center.  All vendors are required to complete and return the enclosed contract with payment no later than Friday, April 10, 2026.

To help accommodate your needs, we have included spaces on the contract for the number of tables & chairs you would like in your booth.

Contracts with full payment must be received by Friday, March 28th, to be eligible for the “early bird” discount.  New assignments or changes will be made after this early deadline on a first come-first served basis for booths that have not been renewed.  Please indicate on the contract your 1st, 2nd and 3rd choice booth location.  We will do our best to accommodate your choice; however, please be aware that submission of this contract with payment does not guarantee a booth space or a preferred location. 
In the event that booth space is unavailable, payment will be returned
in full to the respective vendor.
